iHope partners with hospitals, universities, and advocacy organizations around the world to provide clinician-ordered genome and exome sequencing for undiagnosed children with suspected genetic conditions. Each clinical site is paired with an iHope network laboratory that delivers clinical genomic testing at no cost to families. Explore the map below to learn more about our partner clinics and laboratories.

Our current network of clinical sites include 25 partners in Botswana, Croatia, Georgia, Ghana, Libya, Mexico, North Macedonia, Peru, Senegal, the United Arab Emirates, the United States and Zimbabwe. More than 3,000 individuals with suspected genetic disease and their families have received genome and exome sequencing tests through iHope to-date.

Interested in Joining iHope as a Clinical Site?

We welcome inquiries from clinicians and institutions interested in partnering with iHope to expand access to genomic sequencing for underserved children with rare diseases. Although the program is currently at capacity, we encourage you to complete our Clinical Site Application. Submissions will be reviewed on a rolling basis for consideration as additional funding allows us to support new sites.

iHope provides laboratories with materials awards to enable genomic testing for undiagnosed individuals in low and middle income countries (LMICs) and low-to-moderate income (LMI) households.
